Giselle
Lead MOA
Giselle was born and raised in Trinidad. At the age of twenty-one, she moved to England, where she lived for many years. During her time there, she worked in the hotel industry and taught high school business studies.
In 2013, she relocated to Canada and completed a Medical Office Assistant course. Since 2014, she has been working as an MOA. She joined WBW when it opened in 2017 and previously worked at CMC.

Giselle enjoys swimming, reading, painting and listening to music, particularly calypso. She is committed to continuous learning and is always seeking free online courses. She has completed courses on a range of topics such as teaching and learning, swim coaching, and health-related courses, e.g., Dementia, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and Panel Management for Family Practice.
Sara
MOA
Sara was born and raised in Vancouver. During high school, she worked as a data entry clerk and held a part-time job at Safeway. She always knew she wanted to work in the health sector.
After completing the Medical Office Assistant Diploma at BCIT, she began working in medical offices in 2005 and celebrated her 20th anniversary as a Medical Office Assistant in 2025. Sara joined WBW when it opened in 2017, having previously worked with the same doctors at another clinic.
Since 2020, Sara has worked mostly remotely, handling multiple duties.

She is a huge animal lover and loves reading, especially a good mystery. Sara loves to travel and is always planning her next big trip.
Rina
MOA
Rina did the MOA program and graduated from Capilano University. She has been a Medical Office Assistant since 2009. She works mainly remotely, handling calls.

Rina enjoys walking, reading and making candles.
